Next Chapter Travel is the travel-planning brand of Jeanette Eason, an independent travel advisor in Middleburg, Florida. These terms describe use of our website and our optional SMS program.
Our website provides travel inspiration and a way to request personal planning assistance. Submitting an inquiry or requesting a consultation does not reserve a trip, confirm an appointment, guarantee availability or create a payment obligation. Jeanette will follow up to discuss the details.
Travel availability, pricing and supplier requirements can change. Before any purchase, review the actual itinerary, price, payment schedule, cancellation and refund rules, documentation requirements and terms supplied for that booking. The relevant travel supplier’s terms apply to its services. This page does not establish a separate cancellation fee or refund policy for a booking.
Please provide accurate information, use the site lawfully and avoid submitting sensitive identification or payment details through the general inquiry form. External websites, including the supplier booking portal, have their own terms and privacy policies.

Messages you can expect
If you opt in, Next Chapter Travel may send non-marketing text messages about your trip inquiry and planning, including replies to travel questions, planning follow-ups and coordination of a requested travel consultation. Messages may be sent using an automated messaging platform. This opt-in does not authorize promotional offers or advertising campaigns.
Your choice to subscribe
To subscribe through our travel inquiry form, provide your mobile number and select the optional SMS Trip Updates checkbox before submitting. The box is not preselected. Providing a number alone does not enroll you. SMS consent is voluntary and is not required to inquire about, book or purchase travel. Only opt in for a number you own or are authorized to use.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your inquiry and trip-planning needs; there is no fixed delivery schedule. Your mobile provider may charge message and data rates for texts you send or receive. Ask your provider about your plan’s charges.
Stop messages
Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. We will send a confirmation of your opt-out and then stop further program messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, use the same form and select the SMS consent checkbox again. You can still contact Jeanette by email or phone after opting out.
Get help or update your number
Reply HELP to a program message for help, or contact jsuave51@hotmail.com or +1 904-525-4472. Please tell us if you change or give up the mobile number you enrolled so we can update our records.
Delivery and carrier responsibility
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery also depends on network availability and device settings. Text messages are not an emergency service; for urgent travel issues, contact the relevant travel supplier directly.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how we use it and the protections for mobile information and SMS opt-in records. Your SMS consent is not shared for other parties’ marketing.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms or change the availability of the messaging program. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes do not enroll you in a new message category or replace consent where additional consent is required.
