Who we are
Next Chapter Travel is the travel-planning brand of Jeanette Eason, an independent travel advisor in Middleburg, Florida. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Next Chapter Travel. This policy covers our website, travel inquiry form and communications with you.
Information we collect
- Details you provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, destination, travel dates, party size, estimated budget, departure airport, preferences and information you include in an inquiry or conversation.
- Communication records: messages, the requests we handle, and records of consent, including your SMS selection and any opt-out request.
- Technical information: our hosting and form providers may process your IP address, browser or device information, pages requested and service logs to deliver and protect the website and forms.
Please do not include payment-card numbers, passport numbers, government identification, medical details or other sensitive documents in the general inquiry form. If travel arrangements require additional information, we will explain the appropriate way to provide it.
The travel quiz generates your result in your browser. Completing the quiz does not enroll you in messaging or automatically send your answers to Jeanette. You choose whether to share your result or details in an inquiry.
How we use information
We use information to respond to your questions, understand your travel preferences, help plan requested travel, coordinate conversations, maintain customer records, protect our services and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements. If you separately opt in to SMS, we use your number for the trip inquiry and planning messages described in that consent.
Service providers and travel suppliers
We use providers to host the website, collect inquiries, manage customer records and support communications, including HighLevel/LeadConnector. These providers process information needed to perform those services on our behalf.
When you ask us to arrange travel, relevant details may need to be provided to the travel suppliers handling that request. Their own privacy policies apply to information they collect or receive. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably needed to protect rights, safety or the security of our services. The SMS protections below apply to these disclosures.
Mobile information and SMS consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Messaging and customer-support providers may process mobile information only to help operate our services. Text-message opt-in records and consent are excluded from all other sharing described in this policy and are not provided to third parties for their own use.
SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchasing travel, and is not created merely by providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry. The form’s SMS checkbox is unchecked unless you select it. That consent covers trip inquiry and planning messages, not promotional campaigns.

Cookies, browser storage and external links
The site and embedded services may use cookies or browser storage for functionality, preferences and security. Third-party resources, such as hosted fonts, images and the inquiry form, may receive technical information when your browser loads them. You can manage cookies and storage in your browser; blocking them may affect parts of the site.
Links to the supplier booking portal and other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices and terms. Please review those policies before providing information there.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to handle your inquiry, provide requested services, maintain consent and suppression records, and meet legal or business recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can leave the optional phone field and SMS checkbox blank and still submit a travel inquiry. To ask about information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email jsuave51@hotmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain some records where required or permitted by law, including records needed to honor an opt-out.
Children’s information
This website is intended for adults arranging travel and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can address it.
Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy as our services or requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. An update to this policy does not itself create or expand your SMS consent.
